Watch was more beautiful than in the pictures. Definitely place to visit! I was told watch was hardly worn. It could have been advertised as new/unworn. Gent took time to set the watch and educated me patiently on all features. I bought a watch at cheaper end but gent treated me as if I bought one of his best timepieces and there are plenty there. Stunning Rolex collection took my eye from where I was seated. Beautiful timepieces. I found my watch dealer. Thank you SWB! Highly recommend!

The guy is so snobbish he thinks he is selling watches to himself… similar situation occur when asked what’s his price for a Rolex on display.. despite having the cash upfront.. his stuck up snobbish who thinks he owns the whole of London court attitude is too utterly rude.. never buy from this shop.. bet his business is struggling. As a human being don’t be too up on yourself.. there’s always people richer than you are.. wealth higher than your small rental shop that you could afforded.

By far one of my favorite watch locations in Australia. Darren has an unbelievable knowledge of horology but more than that he gives every one time and respect. Dealing wit the Box for years now and its always a pleasure. I would never buy from another source before giving Darren a chance he has never disappointed. Usually with better stock better price and always with better advice.

Doesn’t do authentication or remove links from the watches, have called to ask about this over a period of a week and he never answered his phone, I take time out of my day to come in and the guy won’t even look at me in they eye and is more focused on his computer while I’m trying to talk to him, won’t be coming back here that’s for sure

Good, fast and efficient service. Have a decent selection of popular Swiss watches in good condition. I bought an Oris for a fair price, and will return for my next collectors item soon. Do try them before going elsewhere for any mid to high end watch purchase.

Purchased my first Rolex from Swiss Watch Box today. I went in twice and each time, both the men assisting were patient and passed on information about the brand and knowledge of the different styles. There was no pressure to purchase at all and they were genuine in their service, giving me lots of time to make the difficult decision between two beautiful watches. Thank you so much!
